1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ahrefna Canada ("Ahrefna", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Description of Analytical Services

Ahrefna provides a suite of domain and URL intelligence tools, including but not limited to DNS resolution, TLS/SSL inspection, HTTP probing, WHOIS parsing, IP geolocation, SEO auditing, Domain Rating (DR) estimation, and Content Quality scoring.

We provide point-in-time analysis based on data retrieved from public and third-party sources. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific analytical module.

3. Usage Restrictions & Anti-Abuse

You agree not to use Ahrefna for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reconnaissance: Using the platform to map or probe unauthorized internal infrastructure or private networks.
• Automated Access: Using any robot, spider, or other automated means to access our platform for scraping or data harvesting without an official API key.
• Service Overload: Attempting to interfere with the proper working of our infrastructure or bypassing rate-limiting measures.
• Malicious Targets: Submitting URLs known to host malware or illegal content for the purpose of stressing our probing infrastructure.

4. Data Caching & "Fetch Once, Save Forever"

Ahrefna employs an aggressive caching policy. When you scan a target, the results are stored in our records indefinitely to provide historical context and speed up future requests. By submitting a URL, you acknowledge that the metadata and technical results of that scan will be retained in our database.

5. Intellectual Property

The technology, algorithms, and interface of Ahrefna are the property of Ahrefna Canada. While the raw technical data retrieved from your scans (e.g., DNS records) is public info, the specific consolidation, scoring (SEO/DR), and presentation of that data are our proprietary output.

6. Limitation of Liability & No Warranty

The service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Ahrefna Canada shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from decisions made based on our reports, including but not limited to server downtime, SEO ranking changes, or security misconfigurations.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ahrefna Canada and its employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, or losses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
