Ahrefna respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Filing a Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Ahrefna, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
